1. Introduction
Welcome to COSMIC HUB. By accessing our website (ajaystore.site, ajayidstore.site) and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Service Description
COSMIC HUB operates as a premium marketplace and intermediary (middleman) for the exchange of gaming IDs and accounts for titles such as Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, and Call of Duty Mobile. We facilitate secure transactions between buyers and sellers to prevent fraud and ensure a safe trading environment.
3. Transaction Rules (The "Deal" Process)
To ensure maximum security, all deals must follow our verified process:
- 1Both Buyer and Seller must be ready and agree to the price.
- 2Buyer makes the FULL payment to COSMIC HUB.
- 3Seller provides the ID and Password to COSMIC HUB.
- 4COSMIC HUB verifies the account details and secures the ID.
- 5Once fully secured, COSMIC HUB releases the payment to the Seller and the ID credentials to the Buyer.
NOTE: We do not accept requests for "first ID" or "half payment." Trust is our foundation, and our process is non-negotiable.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information shared during the process. Once a transaction is completed and the ID is handed over, the security of that account is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. We recommend immediate changes to passwords and security settings (e.g., 2FA) upon receipt.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of gaming IDs, all sales are final once the account credentials have been shared with the Buyer. Refunds will only be considered if the transaction is cancelled before the ID credentials have been verified and transferred.
6. Intellectual Property
The "COSMIC HUB" name, logo, and all content on this site are the intellectual property of COSMIC HUB. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited. The gaming accounts themselves remain the property of their respective game developers (Garena, Tencent, Activision, etc.).
7. Limitation of Liability
COSMIC HUB shall not be liable for any account bans, recoveries by original owners after the deal is completed, or any other issues that arise from the game developers' policies. We act solely as a secure platform for the initial exchange.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
